1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
My hometown of Baltimore, Maryland is the perfect place to visit. You can catch great theater at the Hippodrome, take in a sporting event with the Orioles or Ravens, learn about the Chesapeake Bay at the National Aquarium, or pop over to Little Italy for some exceptional and authentic Italian cuisine. There is something for everyone!
2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
My two family heirlooms! One is my grandmother’s engagement ring that she designed herself, and other is the string of pearls that was completed for me by my grandmother when I turned 16. I love having pieces of family history that I will one day pass to my daughter.
3.What do you love to cook and why?
More than just a great meal, I love to cook chili. It’s my daughter’s favorite meal (and is one of my husband’s favorites too!). She enjoys it so much that I cook it on her first day of school every year and whenever she has something to celebrate.
4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
As the mom of a very busy 12 year old, time for just me is hard to come by. I would use my hour to craft even more fun and personalized spirit gifts for all 45 of my cheer children. I enjoy crafting, and I enjoy gifting the items I craft even more!
5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
As a youth volunteer at the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), I worked in the nursery frequently. I would flea brush and bathe all the puppies and kittens, and they got messy very often!
